Ranks and Medals

ok, first off, sorry i havent been on lately, highschool is harder than i thought but im back now, and have a few questions:
1) on ranks, im "Appprentice: New member has completed some but not all training." so, how do i "complete" my training?
2) who are the officers giving out promotions?
3) on medals, who gives them out?
4)how do we know we got the medal?
5)how would the person giving out promo's and medals know that person deserves it, in other words, qualifies to get the promos & medals?

Hey Taco ranks in SOCOM Confrontation work like this: wins and games played helps you rank up and teamkills, incomplete games, and early exits count against your rank a lot. Officers can't give you clan rank promotion.

You get medals in SOCOM by getting different requirements.
