Counicl Revisted

Well after what happened last night I think it should be addressed as to the functions of the council. Again please remember the point of the council is not to take over the clan but help 13 with problems and little things when the clan gets big.
So main functions would be:
Rank-13thWarrior and the council should meet once a week or once every 2 weeks to talk about promotions I would also suggest this is discussion is only for Commanders, LT Commanders, WO4, WO3 and all lower ranks of bulk players and new members. Let the Squad leaders pick and promote demote who they want second 3rd or 4th in command.
Medals-13thWarrior and the council should meet once a week or once every 2 weeks to talk about if anyone deserves any medals
Relaying Info-Council should let 13 know of anything he missed if he wasn't on for a few days. For example someone was caught cheating and so forth.
Lastly IF 13 has a major absence like before (personal life does come first) the council can fill this leader position without inner clan problems.

The main idea of this, again, was to only aid in problems we had when 13 was gone for that span. We were attempting to keep the clan going and not let it completely fall apart. There was never the intentions of taking anything over and frankly we may have over complicated things before trying to make things better. This should just be a small group of guys that will talk from time to time while the rest of the clan can keep playing in games, just keeping people doing stuff instead of sitting around in a room for hours talking about stuff. I still would welcome ideas from all members and tell them to inform 13th or a person on the council.

How about this:

The council functions like a presidential cabinet. They are essentially a group of advisors hand picked, who are their for support and discussion for all arguments, ideas, plans, etc. In the end, the president makes the final calls. He can ask for a vote, but he makes the ultimate decision.
