Hey Lt here goes that seal training shit i do (minus the running and swimming cause i dont have time or a pool)
The actual pt I do Mon/Wed/Fri when I wake up. I heard mornings b4 breakfast is the best time to work out but it worked for me lol
Week 1
Push Ups 4x15
Sit Ups 4x20
Pull Ups 3x3
Running M/W/F 2miles/day at a 8 min 30 sec pace
Swimming 15mins no break 4-5 days a week
Week 2
Push Ups 5x20
Sit Ups 5x20
Pull Ups 3x3
Running M/W/F 2miles/day at a 8 min 30 sec pace
Swimming 15mins no break 4-5 days a week
Week 3
Push Ups 5x25
Sit Ups 5x25
Pull Ups 3x4
Running NO RUNNING
Swimming 20mins no break 4-5 days a week
Week 4
Push Ups 5x25
