The normal non naval seal/marine workout
my work out consists of this
my track coach is the varsity football coach and this is the workouts we do besides throwing
warm up -1/2 mile
Dynamic stretching
Regular Stretching
Agility
*THROWING DRILLS that involve running so about another 1/2mile*
Then we go inside
We alternate uppers/back and legs every other day
Day 1-
In order with my stats
Bench-
135lbs-12times
155lbs-10 times
165lbs-8 times
Dumbell Press-
45lbs-12 times
50lbs-10 times
55lbs-8 times
Incline press-
95lbs-12 times
105lbs-10 times
110-8 times
Shoulder press-
40lbs-12 times
45lbs-10 times
50lbs-8 times
Bicep curls-
21's
they are when you take the barbell and go half way up 21 times
then go half way then do the same thing but go half way down 21 times
then do 21 full....such a bitch
Tri pull down-
150lbs-12 times
150lbs-12 times
150lbs-12 times
*thats all the machine has and we just got a supported dip machine so i have to try that out
Lat pull down and lat row pull-
120lbs-12 times
120lbs-10times
120lbs- 8 times
Shrugs-
*i do these on the bench press machine and shrug up with those so the weight might be off

but i do know that i do 12, 10, 8 but i cant remember numbers right now
