Warrior Council proposal/ideas

[b]Alright listen up troops Socom is only months away from release so today I come to discuss the formation of a Warrior Council. The basic powers of the council are but not limited to the following:

-Council reviews clan wars with clan leader
-Settles any conflicts that are brought forward by a clan member
-Determines if a clan member is to be discharged.
-Works with clan leader to schedule practices,clan wars, and days to set aside for video shooting
-Should the need arise determine if clan leader needs to be relieved of his leadership role
-Advises clan leader on battle strategy and any changes that may need to occur

These powers are to provide a check and balance system for the clan and encourage open communication between clan leader,council and fellow clan members. Should these powers be abused the councilman in question shall stand trial and the remaining members shall determine his/her fate(whether that be removal from council, or expulsion from the clan).Also a council position is not a permanent seat, we will discuss later how the first memebers should be chosen(by leader appointment, or by clan election) we will also discuss how long a councilman can serve before his/her "term" is up and then either decide to seek the spot again or let it be up for grabs.

and there is the age for members...17 should be good anyone under should need a review and vote by the council

Just a recap from last night's meeting:

-Council will consist of 5 members
-Decided in order to maintain stability that the spots be permanent
-If a player is inactive for 2 weeks without a notice they will be removed from clan
-Play/walk throughs of maps will be conducted once game is released to point out cover spots, potential heavy battle areas
-Council and leader will schedule all practices,clan wars and will be posted to calendar on the website
-Simple majority rule will decide all hearings that come before the council
-Minimum age is 17 with a council review on any potential recruit younger than that
-All members should have a mic and know how to communicate with teammates during the game
-Potential spec ops teams will compete against 2:1 odds or greater with a minimum of atleast 8 people on the other side
